Order acceptance and security

Return of defective goods

Any "free gift" received with the product must also be returned. This warranty does not cover defects caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Your product must be complete, unused and in "new" condition eg if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging it or marking it in any way. It must be returned to us with its original box, packaging and accessories. Any "free gift" received with the product must also be returned. Customers who return goods do so at their own expense and must ensure that the goods are properly packed in order to avoid any kind of damage during transport. All returned merchandise must be properly insured for its value in the event of loss or damage during transit.t.
