Easy Snowboards products are created with the most advanced manufacturing techniques and based on materials carefully selected for their high quality. We provide a 2 year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, from the date of original purchase from an authorized retailer.

What to do in the event of a manufacturing defect?

If your product is still under warranty, check the following:

Generally covered by the warranty:

  • Problems with the inserts.
  • Topsheet cracked if the wood is not broken.).
  • Side wall split if there is no obvious impact on the edge.).

Usually not covered by warranty:

  • Any damage to the base due to impact.
  • Boards broken following an impact.
  • A completely broken board.
  • Screws pushed through the base using too long or washerless insert screws.).

Returns

You have a 21 day return right on all orders, if the product does not meet your requirements, you can return or exchange it - simply return the product to us in an unused condition within 21 days after receipt.

Return process:

  • Fill out the return form.
  • Send the unused item to the address below by Post, UPS, etc. Make sure postage is paid.s.
