Warranty & returns


Easy Snowboards products are created with the most advanced manufacturing techniques and with materials carefully selected for their high quality. We provide a 2-year limited warranty, that you can extend for an additional year after registering your board covering manufacturing defects, from the original purchase date from an authorized retailer.

What to do in the event of a manufacturing defect?

If your product is still under warranty, check the following:

Generally covered by the warranty:

  • Problems with the inserts.
  • Topsheet cracked if the wood is not broken.).
  • Side wall split if there is no obvious impact on the edge.).

Usually not covered by warranty:

  • Any damage to the base due to impact.
  • Boards broken following an impact.
  • A completely broken board.
  • Screws pushed through the base using too long or washerless insert screws.).

You have a 21 day return right on all orders, if the product does not meet your requirements, you can return or exchange it - simply return the product to us in an unused condition within 21 days after receipt.

Return process:

  • Fill out the return form.
  • Send the unused item to the address below by Post, UPS, etc. Make sure postage is paid.s.

Exchanges and options

  • Replacement of the article with other products from our online store.
  • Refund of the purchase price.


Make sure your return packages have sufficient postage - returns for which postage is not paid will not be accepted. We recommend that you find out about the delivery costs in a post office and with different delivery services UPS, FedEx ..., in order to find the best delivery service for your return.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit during its return. You can purchase insurance or send it by registered mail.

The return costs will be refunded if we made a mistake, if the product was damaged during delivery or if the product is defective.

If you prefer a refund of the amount paid, be sure to also provide your account details including IBAN and BIC / SWIFT numbers for international purchases.).
